JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking to quash Ext.P5 and for further
direction to the 1st respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P6.
2. I have heard Sri.Augustine Joseph, the learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner, Sri. K.T. Shyam Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for
the 6th respondent and the learned Government Pleader.
3. As it is submitted that Ext.P6 is pending consideration before the

of the view that necessary directions can be issued.
4. Resultantly, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing the following
directions:
a) There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take
up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 after
affording an opportunity of being heard, either physically or
virtually, to the petitioner herein or her authorized
representative and party respondents.
b) Orders, as directed above, shall be passed expeditiously,
in any event, within three months from the date of
production of a copy of this judgment.
c) It would be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of
the writ petition along with the judgment before the
