Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove Respondents 6
to 8 from the temple advisory committee during the re-auditing process by
the 4th respondent.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Respondents 6 to 8 enter appearance through counsel and seek time
to file counter affidavit.
We notice that W.P(C)No.37689 of 2022 ended in dismissal by the
judgment dated 20.12.2022, even before the issuance of Ext.P8 order dated
05.01.2023 of the 2nd respondent Devaswom Commissioner, which is based
on a report dated 21.12.2022 of the 4 th respondent Assistant Devaswom
Commissioner.
The learned Standing Counsel and also the learned counsel for
respondents 6 to 8 to place on record counter affidavits of the said
respondents on 30.01.2023.
