                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 21st day of January, 2023

The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"i . To declare that the petitioner has completed 23 years in service and is eligible and entitled to 3 rd time bound grade promotion;

ii. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the 1st respondent corporation to provide the 3rd time bound grade promotion to the petitioner with effect from 1.03.2012 and all the consequential of benefits thereof;

iii. to grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the fact and circumstances of the case;

iv. to allow the costs."

2. Today when this matter taken up for

consideration, the learned Government Pleader

submitted that the petitioner has been granted 3 rd

Time Bound Grade Promotion with effect from

01-03-2012 and the 4th Time Bound Grade Promotion

with effect from 04- 04-2016. This is recorded.

In view of the above facts, no further

consideration is required in this writ petition. The

petitioner will be free to approach the authorities, in

case there is any further grievance.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
