         Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass an interim order of stay of all
   further proceedings in Exhibit P6 - E.P. No.64/2017 in OS 42/2014, Subordiante Judges
   Court, Alappuzha pending disposal of this Original Petition.


         This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 16.12.2022 and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LAKSHMY, S.AMINA & D.K.NOORJAHAN, Advocates for
   the petitioner, and of Sri. HENA BAHULEYAN, Advocate for respondent 1, the court
   passed the following:


                                             ORDER

Interim order dated 22.09.2022 will stand extended by three months.
