        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 692/2020 in OS 304/2013 pending before
   the Third Additional Sub Court at Ernakulam till the disposal of the
   original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   25.08.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.V.JAYACHANDRAN & RAJU
   V.MATHEW, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.K.P.SREEKUMAR, Advocate
   for the respondents 1 to 5, the court passed the following:


                                         O R D E R

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent before the court below and file a memo to the effect within a week.

The interim order dated 04-12-2021 is revived and extended by one month.
