   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment in O.S No.90/2020 dated
   30/9/2022 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Kozhikode pending disposal
   of the above Regular First Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 20/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.P.V.JAYACHANDRAN, SRI.VENUGOPALAN MENON, Advocates for the petitioner,
   the court passed the following:
