        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 16-12-2021 in CMA 40/2019 of
   the Sub Court,Irinjalakkuda including delivery of the property based on EP
   No. 787/2015 in OS No. 2857/2000 of the Munsiff Court, Chalakkudy pending
   consideration of the above revision in the interest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 21.10.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.R.ARUN
   KRISHNAN, DEEPA K.RADHAKRISHNAN & JISSMON A KURIAKOSE, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of SRI.SHEEJO CHACKO, Advocate for the respondent, the
   court passed the following:

The interim order dated 01.08.2022 is extended by six months.
