        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct Respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P3 complaint and
   afford adequate and effective police protection in accordance with Ext.P2
   Judgment of this Hon'ble Court, for the life of the Petitioner and the
   staff and workers of the Petitioner and for carrying out the work at
   Petitioner's quarry, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.ENOCH DAVID SIMON JOEL, S.SREEDEV, RONY JOSE, LEO LUKOSE, KAROL
   MATHEWS SEBASTIAN ALENCHERRY & DERICK MATHAI SAJI, Advocates for the
   petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 & R2 and of STANDING COUNSEL for R3,
   the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Admit.

The learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. The learned Standing Counsel takes notice for 3rd respondent. Issue notice by special messenger to respondents 4 and 5.

Post on 27-01-2023.

In the meanwhile, the Station House Officer shall look into the complaint submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law.
