The Review Petitioner submitted that the

respondent in the writ petition is the Chairman of the

Head load Workers Welfare Fund Committee and

therefore, he can not decide the appeal and therefore

the judgment in W.P.(C)No.37831 of 2022 may be

recalled.

After hearing both sides, I am of the opinion that

the judgment can be recalled and the writ petition can

be restored.

Therefore, the judgment dated 24/11/2022 in W.P.

(C)No.37831/2022 is recalled and the writ petition is

restored.
