     This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
18.01.2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                      O R D E R

The controversy in this Contempt Case can be

resolved if the Secretary of the District Legal

Services Authority, Ernakulam, inspects the alleged

encroached area of Kalady-Malayatoor-Adivaram road.

The Tahsildar of competent jurisdiction shall accord

necessary assistance either by himself or through

subordinates to find out the encroachers in the area.

The local jurisdictional police shall also provide

protection to complete the exercise as above.

Registry shall forward this order along with a copy

of the judgment to the Secretary of the District

Legal Services Authority, Ernakulam, who shall fix

the time of inspection and intimate the Tahsildar

concerned and also the local jurisdictional police

including the petitioner.
