           KOLLAM DISTRICT-691 572


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of that part of the judgement allowing the petition in
   part vide judgment dated 05.04.2022 in O.P.(Others) No.306/2019 on the
   files of the Honourable Family Court, Kollam till the final disposal of
   this appeal or else the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and
   injury.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 20/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.NIKHIL,
   Advocate for the applicant, and of SMT.MINI GANGADHARAN Advocate for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Interim order will stand extended by one month.
