        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and implementation of Ext.P4 judgment dated
   26-10-2021 in appeal No. 88/2017 on the files of the National Green
   Tribunal, Southern Zone, pending disposal of the writ petition.

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   11-1-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ENOCH DAVID SIMON JOEL,
