                             JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to forward Ext.P3 application to the 1 st respondent and

for a further direction to the 1 st respondent to pass orders on the

same.

3. Government Pleader on instructions submits that Ext.P3

application has been received and is pending.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the 2nd respondent to forward Ext.P3 application to the 1 st

respondent immediately and further directing the 1st respondent to

pass orders on the same, after hearing the petitioner, at the

earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of

a certified copy of this judgment. The interim stay granted by this

Court will continue to be in operation till the disposal of Ext.P3.
