        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.08.2021 passed by
   the Hon'ble Additional District Judge-VII,Thiruvananthapuram in AS.No.27
   of 2014 including execution of the decree thereof, pending disposal of
   this Regular Second Appeal and to pass an ad-interim order of stay to that
   effect, in the interest of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 25.11.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABRAHAM
   MATHEW, ANIL ABEY JOSE, Advocates for the petitioner,and of M/S V.SURESH,
   G.SUDHEER, R.HARIKRISHNAN, SMRITHI S.S, Advocates for the Respondent the
   court passed the following:
