        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P6 and also
   direct not to order the reversion of the petitioners from Exhibit P3
   promotion list, in view of Exhibit P6 while complying with Exhibit P5
   judgment dated 10.11.2022 of this Hon'ble court, pending final disposal of
   this Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI. T.T.RAKESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of STANDING COUNSEL for
   R1 and R2, the court passed the following:
