        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   steps pursuant to Decree and Judgment dated 31.10.2019 in AS.No.8/2018 of
   the Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda as against decree and judgment dated
   26.08.2017 of the Principal Munsiff,Irinjalakuda in OS.No.545 of 2012
   pending final disposal of the RSA
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
