        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all the proceedings in O.S No. 116/2018 of the court of the Munsiff of
   Alathur, pending disposal of the above original petition (civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   Sri. V.A.JOHNSON (VARIKKAPPALLIL), Advocate for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

                                            O R D E R

Issue notice before admission by speed post to the respondent.

The petitioner is also permitted to serve copy of this original petition on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the court below.

The court of the Munsiff, Alathur is directed to defer the pronouncement of the judgment in O.S No. 116/2018, for a period of three weeks.
