        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to permit extension of
   time by 3 months which is already stipulated in the judgment of the above
   case dated 15.11.2022, for further period of two months, in the interest
   of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   15/11/2022 and the letter dated 06/02/2023 from the Principal Sub Judge,
   Ernakulam and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.T.SHEEJISH, Advocate for
   the petitioner and of SRI. PEEYUS.A.KOTTAM, Advocate for the respondent 1
   and SRI.L.RAJESH NARAYAN,Advocate for the respondents 2 & 3 , the court
