          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 29.02.2020 passed in
   AS.No.120/2016 on the file of District Court (Additional District Judge-V), Palakkad, pending disposal
   of the above appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 06.10.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
