   in C.M.A No.12/2019 on the files of the Additional District Judge-V,
   Ernakulam, till the disposal of this Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   04-08-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.JAYAPRADEEP, ANN SUSAN
   GEORGE, O.A.NURIYA, D.S.LOKANATHAN & ALAN PRIYADARSHI DEV, Advocates for

   S.KARTHIK MENON, Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the
   following:

                                           O R D E R

The Registry is directed to call for a report from the Court of the Ist Additional Munsiff, Ernakulam, to ascertain the status and the reasonable time period required to dispose of O.S NO. 586 of 2018.

The interim order dated 15-09-2021 is extended by one month.
