        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   further proceedings in EP No.159/2020 in ARC No.1234/2016 on the file of
   the Subordinate Judge-I Addl., Kozhikode.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated

   BABU, V.NAMITHA & PRASUDHA.S, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   Sri. SWATHI KUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the

Sri. Swathi Kumar proposes to enter appearance for the respondent and prays for time to file vakalath and counter affidavit.
