Issue notice to the respondents by speed post.
On a consideration of the pleadings and materials on record and
taking note of Exhibit P4 commission report, I am satisfied that the
petitioners are made out a prima facie case for an interim order. Hence, I
stay the operation of Exhibit P11 order and further proceedings in EP No.
247/2018 on the file of the Principal Munsiff Court, Chertala for a period
of one month.
