                                 JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today,

Sri.S.Gopinadhan - learned Senior Government

Pleader, submitted that though the respondents

had settled an order, it has not been issued

because it was noticed that this Court had

directed the petitioners also to be heard

before it is done. He submitted that,

therefore, said order has been recalled and

that petitioners have been called for hearing

today. He then assured this Court that orders

as directed by this Court will be issued by the

respondents, within a period of one month from

today.

Recording the afore submissions, I close

this contempt case; however, leaving full

liberty to the petitioners to seek a re- CON.CASE(C) NO. 133 OF 2023

hearing, if no orders are received by him in

terms of the judgment of this Court on or

before the 06.03.2023.
