                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 1st day of February, 2023

The petitioner is the owner in possession of 12.65 Ares of land

in Survey No.1515/14-2-14-2 of Kothamangalam Village in

Kothamangalam Taluk of Ernakulam District. It is submitted that

the property had been converted long prior to the promulgation of

the Kerala Land Utilization Order on 04.07.1967. The petitioner

confines her relief for an expeditious consideration of Ext.P7

application in Form No.9 seeking permission for use of land for

other purposes.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also and

without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ

petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to take up Ext.P7

application (Form No.9) and to consider and pass orders on the

same, after considering all relevant aspects of the matter, verifying

the data bank, after referring to all relevant documents and the

materials placed on record and obtaining all necessary reports. The

entire proceedings shall be completed within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
