JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the Manager of Nallur East A.U.P. School, Kozhikode.
Against rejection of appointment of the 4 th respondent as LPST in a
promotion post, petitioner has preferred a revision before the first
respondent as per Ext.P5. The said revision petition was preferred on
02.07.2023 as is evident from Ext.P5. The limited prayer now sought for
by the petitioner is for a direction to consider and pass appropriate orders
on the said revision petition.
2. Having heard Adv.Jiji Thomas, appearing for the petitioner as
well as Sri.Premchand R.Nair, the learned Senior Government Pleader,
I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction.
Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to
consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, as expeditiously as
possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment, after granting an opportunity of
hearing to the petitioner as well as other affected persons.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
