                                              ORDER

This review petition has been filed along with an application for

condoning the delay of 72 days in filing the review petition. Though the

review petition is filed along with an application for condoning the delay, I

have heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner on the merits of the

review petition. Though it is a contention of the review petitioner that the

finding of this court that the petitioner was working abroad is not correct on

the basis of the Passport details now produced along with the review petition,

I am not inclined to consider this as a ground for review on account of the fact

that I had dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner on other grounds

as well. I find no grounds made out to exercise review jurisdiction. Therefore,

I dismiss the application for condonation of delay as well as the review

petition on merits.
