                           JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 15th day of December, 2023)

Ext.P2 is an application dated 01.12.2023 for

temporary permit, in the vacancy of another stage carriage.

The limited prayer sought for the writ petition is a direction

to the respondent to take up Ext.P2 application for

temporary permit in respect of stage carriage bearing No.

KL 17/E 9604 on the route Aluva- Mala in the vacancy of

stage carriage No. KL 07 /A 7239 and consider the same.

2. Since, Ext.P2 is pending for the last two weeks

without any orders. There will be a direction to respondent

to take up Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders within a

period one month after hearing all affected parties in

accordance with law.
