   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all proceedings in connection with EP 379/2018 in OS 51/2016 of Additional
   Sub Court, Kozhikode till the final disposal of the above Original
   Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   30.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.M.ZIRAJ & IRFAN ZIRAJ,
   Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
