        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 620/2020 in CSR A.C.P No. 928/2019 on
   the files of Addl. District Judge- VIII, Ernakulam, till the disposal of
   the Original Petition (Civil), in the interest of justice.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   15.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE,
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
