Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the
High Court be pleased to stay the further proceedings in pursuance to decree and
judgment dated 31.05.2019 in AS.No.84/2014 of the Subordinate Judge,Cherthala, pending
disposal of the above appeal.

This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated 14.09.2023 and upon hearing
the arguments of SRI.K.JAYASANKAR , Advocate for the petitioner, the court on the same
day passed the following:

Post for hearing on 15/01/2024.Till then, the Interim order shall continue.
