 WP(C) NO. 42270 OF 2023 2

                          JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 15th day of December, 2023)

The petitioner is the proprietor of a Motor Driving

School in Cherthala. A notice was issued on 01.11.2023 to

the petitioner alleging some malpractice in the online

driving test conducted by the petitioner in his driving

school. Notice is produced as Ext.P1.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though,

the petitioner appeared before the respondent on various

dates, he was not provided with the details of the exact

allegations levelled against him. Therefore, he filed Ext.P2

representation before the respondent, and the petitioner

seeks a direction to the respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P2 application within a time limit.

Taking into consideration that Ext.P2 is filed by the

petitioner before the respondent on 20.11.2023 and till

date no orders are passed there will be a direction to the

respondent to take up Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a
