JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2 nd
respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form 5 within
a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2. Petitioner is the absolute owner and in possession of a total extent of 10
Ares 17.42 sq. metres of land, of which 73.42 sq. metres comprised in survey
no.350/2-7, 4 Ares 52 sq. metres comprised in survey no.350/2-5 and 4 Ares
92 sq. metres comprised in survey no.350/2-6, of Rayamangalam Village in
Kunnathunadu Taluk, Ernakulam. Petitioner preferred Ext.P3 application to
remove the same from the data bank.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
After hearing both sides I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with
a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3
application in Form 5 in accordance with law within a period of four months
from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
