        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
   an order of stay of all further proceedings in EP No.222 of 2019 in OS
   No.1893 of 2007, pending on the file of Court of Principal Munsiff,
   Thiruvananthapuram, until the disposal of the above Original petition (C).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   20.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RANJANIE & R.LAKSHMI
   NARAYAN, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the following:

Interim order is extended by one month.
