        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the proceedings in pursuance of Exhibit P8 order on Exhibit P2 and to
   direct the court below to continue the proceedings in O.S No. 6/1997 as
   directed in Exhibit P1 judgment, unimpaired by the impugned order, pending
   disposal of the above Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   23-11-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.S.KALKURA, M.S.KALESH,
   HARISH GOPINATH, R.BINDU, P.ANJANA, P.I.NAJUMAL HUSSAIN, NEENU PAVITHRAN,
