        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in

   an order to stay all proceedings in OS No.85 of 2009 on the file of the
   Munsiff Court North Paravur as per Exhibit P1 in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   20.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANOOP KRISHNA,
