                                               ORDER

After going through the pleadings, I am of the prima facie opinion

that the respondent committed the contempt. The respondent will appear in

person before this Court on 19/01/2024.

In the meanwhile, if the directions are complied or if the judgment

is varied or modified, the personal appearance is dispensed with.

Issue a copy of this order to the counsel appearing for the

respondent who will communicate the same to the respondent.
