        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings including actions pursuant to ext
   p2 till the disposal of this writ petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.AJITH M. JIJI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the

                                            ORDER

The petitioner submits that as directed by this Court as per

judgment dated 26.10.2023 in W.P.(C) No.35239 of 2023,

₹7 lakhs was paid on 13.11.2023 and a further amount of

₹3 lakhs also has been paid.

2. Issue urgent notice by speed post to the

1st respondent. Government Pleader takes notice for

respondents 2 and 3.

Confirmation of sale, if any on 11.12.2023, shall stand

deferred for a period of one month.
