        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in execution of the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2018 in OP
   746/2014 including EP No.10/2022 of the Honourable Family Court at
   Chavara, pending disposal of the above Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.ARUN THOMAS, KARTHIK RAJAGOPAL, ABI BENNY AREECKAL and KURIAN
   ANTONY MATHEW, Advocates for the applicant, and of MR.M.RAJESH Advocate
   for the respondent, the court passed the following:
