                                   JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"A] Issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate and effective police protection for the life of the Petitioners without any interference from the Respondents nos. 3-7 or anybody acting under them.

B] A direction to dispense with the production of English translation of documents in vernacular languages.

C] Any other appropriate writ, order or directions as this Hon'ble court deem fit on the fact and in the circumstances of the case and allow this petition with cost." (SIC)

2. The main prayer in this writ petition is to afford

adequate Police protection for constructing a compound

wall.

3. The learned Government pleader, after getting

instructions, submitted that the construction of the W.P (C) No.24153 of 2023

compound wall is already over. The counsel for the

petitioner also submitted that the same is over. If that is the

case, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is

closed.
