Issue notice before admission by speed post to

the respondents.

2. Having considered the pleadings and

materials on record and after perusing Ext.P3 and

P5 order, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made

out a prima facie case for an interim order. Hence, I

stay the imposition of cost of Rs.5,000/- on the

petitioner in Ext.P5 order till 22.08.2023.
