        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the Judgments and decrees in A.S.138/2011 before the Additional
   District Judge, Tirur dated 12-12-2017 and in O.S.64/2004 before the
   Munsiff Magistrate Court, Ponnani dated 18-07-2005, pending disposal of
   this appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 10.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JAMSHEED
   HAFIZ, SMT.T.S.SREEKUTTY, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.SANTHEEP
   ANKARATH advocate for respondent No.1 and SRI.C.A.ANOOP Advocate for
