days in filing the Writ Appeal.

                                 ORDER

C.M. Appln. No.1 of 2023:

This is an application to condone the delay of 65 days in filing

the above writ appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. After having heard both sides and after going through the

facts and circumstances disclosed in the affidavit, filed in support of

the above delay condonation application, we are of the view that

sufficient grounds have been made out therein to condone the delay.

Accordingly, it is ordered in the interest of justice that, the delay of

65 days in filing the above writ appeal will stand condoned.

With these observations and directions, the above C.M. Appln.

will stand disposed of.

W.A. No.526 of 2023:

It is brought to our notice that Exts.R-1(a) to R-1(e), produced

C.M. Appln. No.1 of 2023 in W.A. No.526 of 2023 & W.A. No.526 of 2023

along with the counter affidavit of the 1 st respondent, has not been

produced in the memorandum of this writ appeal. The appellant

will ensure that Exts.R-1(a) to R-1(e) are produced along with the

requisite application.

List the appeal in the admission list on 17.08.2023.
