        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction commanding the 1st Respondent to
   grant the benefits flowing from Exhibits P-1 to P-3 to the Petitioner and
   forthwith, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.V.A.MUHAMMED Advocates for the petitioner and of the GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for Respondents (By Order), the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has been granted the benefit of the non cadre promotion by order dated 26.08.2019 and that monetary benefits of the same has also been disbursed.

Learned Government Pleader shall produce copies of the order which are referred to above.
