     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to restrain the respondents from making any provisional
appointments on daily wages either in the CDB or in the Temples under any
category or to regularise the service of any existing privisional hands
pending disposal of this Writ Petition.


     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
15.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.ASHOK KUMAR, BINDU
