                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator on the route North Paravur-

Vytila Hub via Koonnanmavu, Varapuzha Bridge, Edappally Bye pass. He has

submitted Ext.P1 request for regular permit, to which the respondent sent

Ext.P2 notice to the petitioner to produce the current documents.

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner to finalise the proceedings for

issuance of a fresh regular stage carriage permit. It is submitted that hearing

is over and the documents called for were produced by the petitioner. In such

circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to pass orders

thereon pursuant to Ext.P2 within a period of one month from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed as above.
