     STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED THROUGH THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH
     COURT OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM - 682031.

     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Judgment
dated 30.12.2019 in Criminal Appeal No.86/2019 of the Honourable Court of
the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Kottayam which arose from Order dated
31.5.2017 in M.C.No.67/2015 of the Honourable Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court-I, Vaikom, pending disposal of the above Criminal
Revision Petition.
     This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.S.R.SREEJITH, Advocate for the
petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the Court passed
the following:

pursuant to the judgment dated 30.12.2019 in Criminal

Appeal No.86 of 2019, for a period of three months.
