                           JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P1 application for

the revision of timing.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. After hearing both sides, the above writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext P1 application within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording

an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as

enrouters and objectors.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed

of.
