                    WP(C) No. 14343 of 2023
             ============================
               Dated this the 20th day of April, 2023

                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to

the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P4

application.

2. Petitioner has a specific contention that, in similar

circumstances by Ext P6 judgment in WP(C) No. 79/2022, this

Court has issued relief to an identically placed person. Petitioner

submits that Ext P4 application may be directed to be considered

in the light of Ext P6 judgment.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the

writ petition with a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext P4 application taking into consideration Ext P6

judgment and take a decision in the matter within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
