                                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P3 representation in

the light of Exts.P4 and P5 judgment.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader.

3. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of

this writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider

Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner, taking into

consideration Exts.P4 and P5 judgments of this Court, and pass

appropriate orders in it within a period of two months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed
