                              JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4 th

respondent to construct a proper bridge for two streams over the

Nedumpara-Kisan colony Panchayat road.

2. The petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the

respondent Panchayat provides 4 to 5 feet width cement pipes for

the free flow of water, to which the learned counsel for the

respondent Panchayat submits that they are ready to do the same

and that they may be granted some time. The above said

submissions are recorded.

3. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondent

Panchayat to see that the laying of the pipes as agreed upon shall

be done on or before 30th May, 2023.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
